A light summer recipe that is delicious, takes no time to make and it is easy on the calories.
2 | zucchini |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | salt and pepper (or to taste) |
1/2 cup | favourite tomato sauce |
3 | Schneiders jalapeno sausages, cooked and cut up |
1 | hard boiled egg |

Use a spiralizer to cut your zucchini (or julienne).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper.
Add your tomato sauce and cooked sausages and heat.
Garnish with hard boiled egg and shredded cheese.
