A light summer recipe that is delicious, takes no time to make and it is easy on the calories.
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tsp||salt and pepper (or to taste)|
|1/2 cup||favourite tomato sauce|
|3||Schneiders jalapeno sausages, cooked and cut up|
|1||hard boiled egg|
Use a spiralizer to cut your zucchini (or julienne).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper.
Add your tomato sauce and cooked sausages and heat.
Garnish with hard boiled egg and shredded cheese.
