Zesty Italian flavored chicken to serve with fresh whole wheat pasta and white wine.
|1/2||Red Pepper chopped fine|
|3 tbsp||White Wine Vinegar|
|1/3 cup||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|2 tbsp||Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated|
|1 tbsp||Garlic clove, crushed|
|1 tsp||White sugar|
|2||Skinless, boneless chicken breast chopped|
Blend the first six ingredients together to make the Italian marinade.
Coat the chopped chicken breasts in the marinade.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Season with ground pepper.
