home made triangles, filled with meat or spinach


1 lb minced turkey/ chicken meat
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1 bunch spinach
2 tbsp spices mix
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 cup warm water
2 onion
6 garlic cloves
1 Pkg ricotta cheese


PSN: for cooking the meat and spices mix, please see my recipe for stuffed potatoes, you will use one onion, and three garlic cloves with meat
step one mix flour, milk, water, baking powder, knead till you get soft dough, and set aside
step two in a skillet heat 3 tbsp of oil, and add the diced onion, and garlic
step three add spinach and cook until welted, salt and black pepper as desired in a bowl mix the spinach and the ricotta cheese, and set aside
step four sprinkle some flour and spread the dough into a rectangular shape, cut into equal triangle pieces
step five put the stuffing either the meat, or the spinach in the middle of the dough pieces, then pull the edges of the dough and approximate them as if you are creating an envelope til you finish the dough
step six preheat oven to 375 degree
step seven in a baking sheet lined with wax paper but the stuffed dough, and bake for 30 min, or till cooked
