|2||Maple Leaf Chicken Breasts|
|1/2 cup||Coconut Milk|
|2 tbsp||Peanut Butter|
|Hot Sauce to your taste|
Pound out the chicken until flat. Cut into strips. BBQ or grill until cooked. Mix together the coconut milk, peanut butter, sugar and hot sauce to make a smooth peanut sauce. Serve the chicken with the Peanut Sauce in a small side dish for dipping.
