This is a classic back to school lunch in our household!


2 slices cracked wheat bread
1/3 Pkg Maple Leaf Deli-fresh Hickory Smoked Black Fresh Ham
1 slice mozzarella cheese
1 tsp mayonnaise
3 cherry tomatoes
4 cucumber slices
1 cup iceberg lettuce


Spread the bottom slice of bread with mayonnaise. Add ham, lettuce, cucumber slices, tomato and cheese slice. Top with second slice of bread. Slice sandwich in half. Enjoy!
