this adds a lovely tang to chicken. shown here with sweet potato and corn
|1/2 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|1/2 cup||grated parmesan cheese|
Mix the yogurt, mustard and seasonings. Coat chicken in yogurt mix. In a shallow bowl mix panko and Parmesan cheese, then roll in the chicken breasts to coat.
Bake at 400 for 35 min
