Quick, easy, tasty family favourite for Sunday brunch or whenever you feel like it! You can make ahead and pop it in the oven the next morning and you're good to go!
|6||Dempster's Zero slices|
|8||bacon slices, chopped|
|1/2||medium onion, chopped|
|2 cups||kale, chopped|
|8||eggs, lightly beaten|
|1 cup||marble cheese, shredded|
Line 9×11 baking dish with bacon slices and bake in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min.
Once bacon is cooked, chop bacon. You can reserve the bacon grease and let it coat the dish to prevent bread from sticking or you can discard it and grease the dish with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
Line baking dish with Dempster’s Zero slices in a single layer.
Sprinkle chopped onion, bacon and kale evenly over the slices of bread.
In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk.
Pour egg mixture over bread slices.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over everything.
Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
