2 lbs potatoes
1 lb wieners
1 can peas and juice
1 cup onions sliced
2 cups milk


slice potatoes like you would for a scallop ,slice onions and layer ingredients,peas and juice and chop wieners like pennies and alternate ingredients and finish with sliced potatoes on top. take milk and add a quarter of a cup of flour,salt and pepper shake till blended and no lumps,slowly pour over casserole and bake at 400.,for 1 hour. cover for first 30 min. then remove cover. bake until tender.
