8 Dempster’s® Original Small Wholewheat Tortillas
.33 cup (80 mL) Olive oi
1 tsp (5 mL) Cumin
.5 tsp (2 mL) Coriander
2 tsp (10 mL) Paprika
.5 tsp (2 mL) Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
2 Avocados
1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
3 tbsp (45 mL) Chopped cilantro
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp (45 mL) Chopped red onion
.5 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) Lime juice
7 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon, cooked and chopped


PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

CUT each tortilla into six triangles. Whisk together olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush tortillas on both sides with mixture and place in a single layer over two baking sheets. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

PLACE the remaining ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine.

SERVE crispy tortilla chips with guacamole for dipping.
