Perfect for a healthy pizza!


4 cup whole wheat flour
4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cup hot water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey


Mix flour, yeast and salt. Blend in water, oil and honey. Stir vigorously by hand, 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise.

Place dough on greased pizza pan. Press dough across pan and curl at sides to create crust.

Top with homemade pizza sauce and topping. Cook 15-20 minutes or until golden brown with bubbling cheese.
