Olivieri® NutriWise™ Whole Wheat Five Cheese Tortelloni tossed with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, smothered in Olivieri® Marinara Sauce and topped with artichokes, chicken and Parmesan cheese.
|600 g||Package OLIVIERI® NutriWise™ Whole Wheat Five Cheese Tortelloni|
|600 ml||Tub OLIVIERI® Marinara Sauce|
|125 ml||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|250 ml||Diced, marinated in oil & drained Artichokes|
|500 ml||Sliced mushrooms|
|30 ml||Olive oil|
|250 ml||Diced MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips|
|500 ml||Baby spinach leaves|
|125 ml||Chopped pine nuts|
|50 g||Finely chopped Basil leaves|
COOK pasta according to package directions.
HEAT olive oil on medium heat, in a skillet; add mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add baby spinach leaves and sauté until wilted 2 to 3 minutes.
ADD marinara sauce, artichokes, chicken and Parmesan cheese. Gently stir until heated through, set aside and keep warm.
DRAIN pasta and pour into serving bowl, add heated sauce and toss gently. Garnish with chopped pine nuts and chopped basil.
