About this Recipe

A taste of the West Coast accompanied with fresh Julienned English cucumber.

Ingredients

1 Dempster's English Muffin-toasted
4 tbsp Sockeye Salmon
1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/6 tsp salt
1 tbsp mayonaise
2 tsp butter
4 julienned slices English cucumber(approx 3 inches long)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Toast both sides of English muffin. Mix salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt together in small bowl. Julienne cucumber. Butter top toasted English muffin on the inside. Build your sandwich: Bottom half of muffin, salmon mix, cucumber slices, pepper, top half muffin. Enjoy!
