|1||(8 oz/227 g) Container sliced white mushrooms|
|6 cups||(1.5 L) Baby spinach|
|1 Pkg||(85 g) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon Pieces|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Sliced red onion|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Ready prepared balsamic vinaigrette|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Crumbled Goat cheese|
HEAT oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, or until moisture has evaporated.
COMBINE spinach, bacon and red onion in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and top with mushrooms and crumbled cheese.
