Warm greens compliment this grilled ham steak, perfect week nigh dinner.
|2||175 gr Maple Leaf Ham Steaks|
|1 cup||chickpeas, drained and rinsed|
|1/2 cup||dried blueberries|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
Heat Grill to medium high.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Gently wilt kale, spinach and arugula for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Grill ham steaks 3 to 4 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve immediately.
