3 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
1.5 cup (375 mL) Seedless grapes, halved
1 cup (250 mL) Chopped celery
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped green onion
1 Apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) Light whipped salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 mL) Plain yogurt
t tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) Toasted, chopped pecans or walnuts


COMBINE chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and apple in a medium bowl.

WHISK together the salad dressing, yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over the fresh ingredients. Gently toss to combine. Fold in pecans or walnuts and serve.


Serve on a bed on Boston lettuce or wrapped in a tortilla
