This Vietnamese inspired sandwich really packs a punch of flavour and texture. Crunchy pickled carrots, rich pâté, creamy cheese and tender slices of ham topped with peppery arugula.
|3||Carrots, peeled and grated|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Rice vinegar|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sugar|
|Salt and pepper|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sriracha chili garlic sauce|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Mayonnaise|
|.5||(250g) Roll Schneiders® Fine Liver|
|4||Kaiser buns or Panini rolls, split|
|4||Triangles processed cheese|
|1||Package (175 g) Schneiders® Cooked Ham slices|
MIX carrots with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
COMBINE sriracha and mayonnaise and spread on top half of each bun. Spread fine liver roll evenly on the bottom half of each bun and top with cheese. Divide carrot mixture between each sandwich and top with ham slices and arugula. Cut in half and serve.
