|2||Pieces leaf lettuce|
|2||Dempster’s® Ancient Grains Small Tortillas / Bon Matin 9 Grain Tortillas|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Hummus|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Shredded carrot|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Thinly sliced cucumber|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Sliced roasted red peppers, drained on paper towel|
PLACE a piece of lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
TOP lettuce with hummus, carrot, cucumber and roasted red peppers. Fold in one edge of tortilla and roll up to serve.
