Ingredients

2 tbsp (30 mL) Greek yogurt
1 tsp (5 mL) Cilantro
2 Slices Bon Matin Multigrain, No Fat, No Sugar Bread
1 Processed cheese triangle
1/2 Thin cucumber slices
1/2 Small carrot, julienned
2 Radishes, julienned
1/4 Red pepper, thinly sliced

Directions

WHISK together yogurt and cilantro. Set aside.

SPREAD processed cheese over one slice of bread. Top with a layer of cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and peppers. Drizzle with yogurt and cilantro and top with the remaining slice of bread.
