2 tbsp | (30 mL) Greek yogurt |
1 tsp | (5 mL) Cilantro |
2 | Slices Bon Matin Multigrain, No Fat, No Sugar Bread |
1 | Processed cheese triangle |
1/2 | Thin cucumber slices |
1/2 | Small carrot, julienned |
2 | Radishes, julienned |
1/4 | Red pepper, thinly sliced |
WHISK together yogurt and cilantro. Set aside.
SPREAD processed cheese over one slice of bread. Top with a layer of cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and peppers. Drizzle with yogurt and cilantro and top with the remaining slice of bread.
