|2||Slices Bon Matin Multigrain, No Fat, No Sugar Bread|
|1||Processed cheese triangle|
|1/2||Thin cucumber slices|
|1/2||Small carrot, julienned|
|1/4||Red pepper, thinly sliced|
WHISK together yogurt and cilantro. Set aside.
SPREAD processed cheese over one slice of bread. Top with a layer of cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and peppers. Drizzle with yogurt and cilantro and top with the remaining slice of bread.
