My kids get tired of sandwiches, but they never seem to get tired of Roll-ups! This roll up is healthy with all the food groups covered in one roll up.
|1||whole wheat tortilla|
|1/4 Pkg||Maple Leaf Deli-Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast|
|1 tbsp||Philadelphia cream cheese spread|
|1/4 cup||Red Pepper strips|
|1/4 cups||Yellow Pepper strips|
Cut up desired veggies.
Prepare wrap by spreading the cream cheese on the bottom of the wrap
Place veggies and chicken breast atop the tortilla
& roll --slice tortilla into 2 halves for easier handling
& keep cool in fridge or with cold packs in lunch bag
Any vegetables will make this roll up have crunch and texture. Use whole wheat tortillas for the better nutrition they offer.
