|1 Pkg||fresh Mushrooms your choice|
|3 cups||2-3 cups of white wine|
|Season generously with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and Club House Montreal Chicken Spice|
Place Chicken in glass baking dish upside down and pour all fluids over the chicken , slice mushooms and toss on top of and all around chicken and generously sprinkle spices on , will be one of the most moist chickens you will ever have .........add 2 tblsp of corn starch to 1 cup of water and mix , will make the most delicious gravy .......Cook at 375 degree's for 1/2 hour per pound
