|3/4||BBQ sauce, divided|
|4 tbsp||Peach preserves|
|2 tsp||Canola oil + 1 tbsp|
|4 tbsp||Chicken stock|
|4 tsp||Italian seasoning|
|1/2 cup||Prepared bruschetta|
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Toss and coat chicken drum sticks with half of the BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
Whisk peach preserves, 2 tsp canola oil and chicken stock in a small bowl. Season with salt and Pepper.
Pour half the peach marinade over chicken thighs in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle chicken breast with Italian seasoning and drizzle oil over top in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
Grill chicken breast and drumsticks for 10 to 15 minutes. Add chicken thighs and grill 8 to 10 minutes longer until all chicken reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Brush chicken drumsticks with remaining BBQ sauce.
Brush thighs with remaining peach marinade.
Slice chicken breast into thirds and spoon bruschetta mixture over top and garnish with parmesan and basil.
