|1 cup||Olive Oil|
|2 cups||Italian Bread Crumbs|
|3 tbsp||Freshly Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese|
|500 ml||Tomato and Herb Marinara Sauce|
|1 tsp||Fresh Parsley|
Pour oil into a large pan and heat over medium-high heat.
While the oil is heating, place milk and bread crumbs in 2 bowls.
Dip ravioli in milk and then in the bread crumbs to coat.
When oil is ready fry the ravioli in batches, turning occasionally,
until golden brown, about 90 seconds per side.
Once golden brown, carefully transfer the fried ravioli to paper towel lined plate to drain.
Grate fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese on top of the fried ravioli and sprinkle with Fresh Parsley
Serve with a bowl of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
