I add this to everything! Chicken/lamp/beef/ribs. Make a day ahead for flavours to meld.
|1 tbsp||lemon/lime juice|
|1 tbsp||sliced cucumber|
Mix all ingredients together & serve! Best if you make a day ahead so the flavours really come together. Add more garlic if you like the taste. Drain yogurt or use greek yogurt for thicker sauce.
