Everyone loves Caesar salad. This is an interesting presentation that you can eat with your hands. A very popular snack or appetizer.
|4||Maple Leaf Prime® Naturally* Chicken Strips|
|16||Leaves baby Romaine lettuce|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon Pieces|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Finely grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Small croutons|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Ready prepared Caesar salad dressing|
PREPARE chicken strips according to the package directions. Roughly chop and set aside.
ARRANGE lettuce leaves on a large platter. Top each with chopped chicken, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of croutons. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
