Super easy and super delicious!
|1||Maple Leaf Prime turkey|
|1/4 cup||Real maple syrup|
|1/4 cup||Dijon mustard|
|1/2 cup||Basil pesto|
1. Spread butter and sprinkle salt over turkey and cook in the oven until about 15 minutes from being fully cooked.
2. While turkey is cooking, combine maple syrup, mustard, and pesto in a small bowl. Spread about 1/2 of the sauce on the turkey and slip it back into the oven for 15 minutes to let try sauce form and sweet and savoury coating.
3. Let turkey rest, carve, and enjoy with additional sauce poured on top instead of (or in addition to cranberry sauce!).
