Make yourself a simple, yet satisfying Waldorf Turkey Wrap using Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Sliced Turkey Breasts and Dempster's® 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas. Add diced apple, chopped walnuts and dried cranberries for some extra protein.

|30 ml||Dried cranberries|
|50 ml||Chopped walnuts|
|75 ml||Low fat Mayonnaise|
|10 ml||Grainy Dijon mustard|
|250 ml||Shredded leaf lettuce|
|4||Large Dempster's® 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas|
|1 Pkg||(454g) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Fully Cooked Sliced Turkey Breast|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
COMBINE apples, cranberries, walnuts, mayonnaise and Dijon in a large bowl. Mix well. DIVIDE lettuce between four wraps leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border at the edges. Top centre of the wrap with apple mixture. Divide turkey equally between the four wraps. Season with salt and pepper. ROLL up each wrap and secure with toothpicks if required. Slice in half crosswise and serve.
