|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Chilli powder|
|Pinch of cayenne|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Corn|
|1||(284 mL)/10 oz) Can condensed tomato soup|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Worchestershire sauce|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|5 cups||(1.25 L) Tasty Taters or Tater Tot Hash Browns|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add turkey and cook, breaking apart with a wooden spoon for 5-7 minutes. Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes longer or until evenly browned. Stir in garlic, spices and corn. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato soup and worchestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9x9” (2.5L) square baking dish. Spread mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with cheese and top with the hash browns arranging in neat rows over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
