2 lbs ground Turkey
1 Pkg beef intestine for casing
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp minced finnel seeds
1/4 tsp ground clove
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cardomom


step 1- mix the meat with all the spices, salt, and set aside to absorb all the flavors, preferably in the fridge over night
step 2- clean the intestine casing and cut them into eight inches long
step 3- stuff the casing with the meat mixture, leave 3 cm on both ends, fill all the casing same way till finish
in a large sauce pan heat 2 liters of water, when start boiling drop the stuffed intestine for 30 seconds until you see both ends shrunk and close
step 4-take them out of water and let them drain

you can keep them in the fridge, or use them for your BBQ or in your frying pan
