Prepare this crunchy turkey wrap for lunch and you won't be disappointed.


1 (150 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally®Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Slices, chopped
1 Green onion, chopped
.5 Red pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp (30 mL) Chopped walnuts, optional
1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon juice
3 tbsp (45 mL) Mayonnaise
2 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
Shredded lettuce
.25 cup (60 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese


COMBINE chopped turkey, green onion, red pepper, walnuts, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.

PLACE a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla. Divide turkey salad between tortillas and top with cheese. Wrap tortillas around filling as tightly as possible. Secure with toothpicks.
