Prepare this crunchy turkey wrap for lunch and you won't be disappointed.
|1||(150 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally®Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Slices, chopped|
|1||Green onion, chopped|
|.5||Red pepper, finely diced|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Chopped walnuts, optional|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Lemon juice|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Mayonnaise|
|2||Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
COMBINE chopped turkey, green onion, red pepper, walnuts, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
PLACE a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla. Divide turkey salad between tortillas and top with cheese. Wrap tortillas around filling as tightly as possible. Secure with toothpicks.
