A great way to incorporate leftover turkey into your lunches
|1/2 cup||light mayonnaise|
|1.5 cups||chopped and de-boned leftover turkey|
|1/4 cup||chopped raw carrots|
|1/4 tsp||mustard powder|
|3||leaves romaine lettuce|
|1 tbsp||dijon mustard|
In a bowl, combine turkey, mayonnaise, pepper, carrots, mustard powder, and Dijon mustard.
Wash and slice lettuce into bite size pieces (approximately 3cmX3cm).
Divide the turkey salad mixture between four wraps. Top with lettuce.
