Turkey Salad with Pickles English Muffin Sandwich

About this Recipe

This turkey salad sandwich is easy to prepare when you use a tin of turkey. Always handy to keep them in your pantry for a quick sandwich to make at home.

Ingredients

2 Whole Grains English Muffin
1 can of turkey
1 green onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
6 slices of pickles

Directions

Toast muffin. Open can of turkey and drain. Chop green onion. In a small bowl, mix turkey, green onion and mayo together to ensure turkey is broken up and thoroughly combined. Place about half the mixture onto bottom half of muffin and top with 3 pickle slices. Place the other half on top. Repeat for the other muffin and enjoy.
