Classic chicken salad sandwiches with a delightful turkey twist.
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Slices, coarsely chopped|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Dijon mustard|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Chopped red onion|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Chopped celery|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
|4||Pieces leaf lettuce|
|4||(6 inch/15 cm) Submarine buns|
MIX together turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, onion and celery; season with pepper.
PLACE a piece of lettuce on the bottom half of each bun. Evenly divide turkey salad between buns, cover with top of bun to form sandwiches.
