Perfect for turkey leftovers, and an excellent way to use up the leftover gravy, too!
|1 Pkg||unseasoned frozen oven fries|
|1 cup||leftover gravy (can also used canned gravy)|
|1/2 cup||grated mozzarella cheese|
|3/4 cup||leftover turkey, deboned and cut into bite size pieces|
Prepare oven fries according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat gravy in a small saucepan until warm.
Once cooked, place fries on plate(s).
Top with turkey and cheese, and finally gravy.
Allow cheese to melt.
If you do not have leftover gravy, I suggest buying a canned gravy that is either specifically for poutine ("poutine sauce") or a mushroom gravy.
