Perfect for turkey leftovers, and an excellent way to use up the leftover gravy, too!


1 Pkg unseasoned frozen oven fries
1 cup leftover gravy (can also used canned gravy)
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup leftover turkey, deboned and cut into bite size pieces


Prepare oven fries according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat gravy in a small saucepan until warm.
Once cooked, place fries on plate(s).
Top with turkey and cheese, and finally gravy.
Allow cheese to melt.
Enjoy warm


If you do not have leftover gravy, I suggest buying a canned gravy that is either specifically for poutine ("poutine sauce") or a mushroom gravy.
