Why go out for lunch when you can have a restaurant quality sandwich?
|6||slices Schneiders® Oven Roasted Turkey|
|4||slices mozzarella cheese|
|1/3 cup||pesto, prepared|
|3||fresh basil leaves|
|1||ciabatta bun or hoagie bun|
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Spread pesto on top and bottom of bun. Layer 2 slices of cheese on bottom bun followed by turkey, tomato, basil and remaining cheese and top bun. Wrap sandwich tightly in foil. Please sandwich on grill weighed down with a cast iron skillet. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side. Unwrap and enjoy!
Serve with kettle chips
