This burger beats the drive through hands down! These will be the star of your summer BBQ.
|1||Box Maple Leaf Prime® Turkey Burgers|
|6||hamburger buns, split|
|1 1/2 cup||(375 mL) prepared guacamole|
|1||small red onion, thinly sliced|
|1||jalapeno, sliced thin|
|1 cup||(250 mL) mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) srirachia hot sauce|
PREHEAT grill to medium high heat.
BBQ burgers as per package directions.
IN a bowl combine the mayonnaise and srirachia, stir well and set aside.
LIGHTLY toast buns on grill for about 30 to 45 seconds.
ASSEMBLE by spreading srirachia mayo on bottom buns.
PLACE burgers on top and then evenly distribute red onion, guacamole, sliced jalapeno and cilantro.
TOP with remaining bun.
Try serving with onion rings alongside ketchup and mustard.
