|6||prepared turkey burgers|
|6||Portobello mushrooms, stems removed|
|6||slices Gouda cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) ranch dressing|
Grill burgers according to package directions, adding cheese in the last minute of cooking until melted.
Meanwhile, grill Portobello mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium-high heat or until grilled-marked and tender.
Assemble burgers in buns with mushrooms and ranch dressing.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
Substitute Gouda cheese with Havarti cheese, if desired.
Scrape gills from Portobello mushrooms with spoon before grilling, if desired.
