Ingredients

1 (700 g) Package ready prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup (125 mL) Pizza sauce
1 (400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Strips
2 cups (500 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup (250 mL) Sliced red pepper
1 cup (250 mL) Sliced yellow pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) Sliced mushrooms
6 Asparagus stalks
1/4 cup (60 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

PREHEAT the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

WORKING on a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough to fit the baking sheet. Spread the dough with pizza sauce and arrange the turkey strips over top. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Top with sliced peppers, mushrooms and asparagus. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

BAKE for 15 minutes, rotate the pan and bake for another 15 minutes.
