3 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
1 (250 g) Container cream cheese
1/2 cup (80 mL) Chopped dried mangos
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) Slivered almonds, toasted
1 Pkg (175 g) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 tbsp (30 mL) Sweet and spicy mustard
1/2 cup (125 mL) Arugula


MIX cream cheese, chopped mangos, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with almonds and top with three slices of turkey. Drizzle with mustard and top with arugula. Roll each tortilla as tightly as possible and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve, remove from plastic wrap and slice in ½” (1 cm) pinwheels.


Substitute dried apricots or dried cranberries for mango and your favourite mustard for sweet and spicy.
