Little hands love little bites and these savoury Danishes are full of wholesome Turkey slices and cheese. Served hot or room temp these soft and crispy Danishes use refrigerated biscuit dough that bake up in minutes.

Small Caprese Hamkebobs keep little hands clean and kids will love taking these out of their lunch bags. Each mouthful has a different bite!


1/2 pkg. refrigerated crescent dough, unwrapped and perforations pressed together
3 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices Country Naturals Turkey slices. Chicken can be used
1/4 cup or more kale or spincach dip
2 mini bocconcini
3 grape tomatoes
2 1 inch cubes of Country Kitchen Honey ham
4 tiny basil leaves, washed
6 -8 pretzels
2 wooden dowels


Danishes: roll out the four triangles and press together making a rectangle.
Spread the dough with dip, leaving 1" of space all around.
Place the deli slices over dip. Top with cheese.
Begin to roll tightly from the shorter side. Cut into 1/4 or 1/3's to your desire.
Place into sprayed muffin tins and bake in a preheated 350F oven for 12-15 min until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 min, run a sharp knife around sides to loosen then remove.

Caprese Kebobs:
Feed the tomatoes, cheese, basil and ham through the dowels.

Place the remaining or extra dip in a food safe container and pack with pretzels


Make extra for the "Big" kids.
These can be sliced thinner for appetizers
