Oven roasted turkey, tart green apple and melted gruyere between 2 slices of crispy toasted panini bread. Deliciously different.
|8||Slices Villaggio® Italian Style Panini Bread|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Grainy mustard|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Mayonnaise|
|8||Slices Gruyere cheese|
|1||(175 g) Package Natural Selections™ Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|1||Granny smith apple, thinly sliced|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Olive Oil|
PREHEAT panini press to 350°F (180°C).
ASSEMBLE each sandwich by spreading mustard on one side of 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices turkey, apple slices, arugula, second slice of cheese and remaining bread slices that have been spread with mayonnaise on one side.
BRUSH outside of each sandwich with olive oil and place on panini press. Grill for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
