|8||Slices Dempster’s Soft Slice® Thick Slice Bread|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Dijon mustard|
|1||(175 g) Package Schneiders® Country Naturals® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|(250g) Thick sliced Brie cheese|
|20||Spears of asparagus, blanched|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Mayonnaise|
PREHEAT panini grill to 375°F (190°C).
SPREAD 4 slices of bread with Dijon mustard. Top with turkey slices, Brie cheese, and asparagus, then spread the remaining slices of bread with mayonnaise.
BRUSH the outside of each sandwich with olive oil. Place in the preheated panini press and grill until the cheese is melted and the outside is golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
If you don’t have a panini press, this sandwich can be grilled in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
