Creamy Brie cheese melted with fresh asparagus and oven roasted turkey in a crispy grilled Panini.
|8||Slices Villaggio® Italian Style Panini Bread|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Dijon mustard|
|1 Pkg||Schneiders® Country Naturals® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Mayonnaise|
|14 oz||(400 g) Thick sliced Brie cheese|
|20||Spears asparagus, blanched|
PREHEAT panini grill to 375˚F (190˚C).
SPREAD 4 slices of bread with Dijon mustard. Top with Brie, turkey, asparagus and remaining 4 slices of bread spread with mayonnaise.
BRUSH outside of each sandwich with olive oil.
GRILL sandwiches until cheese is melted and outside is golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
If you don’t have a panini grill, this sandwich can be made in a fry pan.
