I love apple and cheddar together, so I worked this into a wrap that is also high in protein. A great lunch!
|1/4 cup||cubed old cheddar|
|6||slices of roast turkey lunch meat|
|1||apple, washed, cored, and sliced|
|1/2 cup||baby spinach|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 tsp||dijon mustard|
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, and Dijon. Set aside.
In each wrap, place three pieces of turkey, and half of the cheese, spinach, and apples.
Drizzle half of the olive oil mixture on each wrap.
