About this Recipe

I love apple and cheddar together, so I worked this into a wrap that is also high in protein. A great lunch!


2 wraps
1/4 cup cubed old cheddar
6 slices of roast turkey lunch meat
1 apple, washed, cored, and sliced
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard


In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, and Dijon. Set aside.

In each wrap, place three pieces of turkey, and half of the cheese, spinach, and apples.

Drizzle half of the olive oil mixture on each wrap.
