This double-decker tuna sandwich will hit the spot for larger appetites.
|6||Dempsters WholeGrains bread slices|
|1 can||Flaked tuna|
|1 cup||Baby spinach|
Mix tuna with mayonnaise or your favourite spread and spices.
Spread half of the tuna on half of the bread slices. Top with a layer of baby spinach. Add another layer of bread. Spread the remaining tuna on top. Add another layer of baby spinach. Top sandwiches with last piece of bread.
