This is a wonderful, tropical accompaniment to your Easter ham. Fresh and delicious and so pretty and colourful.
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Mango or pineapple jelly|
|14 cup||(60 mL) Thai chili sauce|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Maraschino cherry juice|
|1||Schneiders® Country Naturals ™ Tender Tip™ Ham|
|SPICY FRUIT SALSA:|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced mango|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced papaya|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced pineapple|
|6||Maraschino cherries, diced|
|1||Jalapeno pepper, finely diced|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Diced red onion|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Lemon or lime juice|
|Salt and pepper|
WHISK together all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl or jar.
COOK ham according to the package directions. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the cooking time. Serve any additional glaze on the side.
COMBINE all of the ingredients for fruit salsa in a medium bowl. Carve cooked ham into slices and serve with fruit salsa
