|4||Greek style pita breads|
|3/4 cup||(175 mL) Ready prepared Alfredo sauce|
|1||(175 g) Maple Leaf® Ham Steak, diced|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced mango or pineapple|
|1 ½ cups||(375 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|Baby arugula or watercress (optional)|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
ARRANGE pitas on 2 baking sheets. Spread each with one fourth of the Alfredo sauce. Top with diced ham, mango (or pineapple) and grated cheeses.
BAKE for 10 minutes or until the pitas are crisp and the cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with arugula just before serving.
