Juicy Shrimp and pineapple wrapped with smoky bacon covered in a sweet and tangy Korean bbq sauce.
|6||Maple leaf bacon slices|
|12||Shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined|
|1/4 cup||Korean bbq sauce|
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cut the maple leaf bacon slices in half and break the skewers in half.
Place a pineapple chunk on each shrimp and wrap with bacon.
Secure with wooden skewers.
Place on a baking sheet and brush the bbq sauce evenly over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes
