A refreshing and light sandwich, perfect on warm summer days.


8 Dempster's WholeGrains bread slices
1 Cucumber, medium size
1 package Cream Cheese
1 Green onion
2 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt


Peel the cucumber and cut in chunks. Put it in a food processor and chop fine.Squeeze off some of the excess juice.

Put the onion in the processor and chop. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Spread on to bread to make the sandwiches.
