A new twist on a Tortilla this super nutrient version not only tastes devine it also looks so impressive for little effort. A very versatile recipe you can use up any vegetable ingredients the more colorful the better. The addition of a spray of Garlic Oil and a little fresh Rosemary transports the taste buds to the sunshine. |1||Dempster's Flour Tortilla|
|1 tbsp||Green Pesto|
|1||Large sliced Mushroom|
|1 tsp||Garlic Oil Spray|
|75 g||Mixed Red Green Peppers Snow Peas and Red Onion|
|30 g||Red Beans|
|1 tsp||Fresh Rosemary|
Spread the Tortilla with Green Pesto and arrange the rest of the ingredients . Spray with Garlic Oil and place in the oven for between 8 and 10 minutes at 400 until the outside of the Tortilla becomes crisp.
A new way to enjoy a Tortilla and makes an excellent healthy eating visually appealing dinner in minutes. Great for using left over salad and vegetable items.
