Fresh Olivieri® Tortellini tossed in a light rose sauce with freshly cooked shrimp and asparagus. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve!
|350 g||Package OLIVIERI® Three Cheese with Rainbow Tortellini|
|15 ml||Olive Oil|
|85 g||Prosciutto, diced|
|300 ml||Tub OLIVIERI® Alfredo Light Sauce|
|150 ml||3.5 % Milk|
|125 ml||Frozen peas|
|50 ml||Parmesan cheese|
COOK pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté prosciutto for 1 minute or until lightly browned.
ADD Alfredo sauce, milk and peas to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
DRAIN pasta and combine in skillet with sauce mixture.
SERVE sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese.
